History

In 1999, Hantek founders foresaw the USB interface foreground was wide, and began to develop USB interface oscilloscopes based on Cypress and Quicklogic chips. In 2001, we launched DSO-220 USB, a plug and play USB interface, free power, compact and portable oscilloscope, which mainly exports to America, Europe and many other countries and regions. Soon after, our engineers countinue to research and release 60MHz to 200MHz bandwidth USB series oscilloscopes.

In 2003, we played host to the worldwide debut of some USB arbitrary waveform generators/bit generators.

In 2004, we launched 500MHz USB logic analyzer.

In 2008, based our experiences on analog oscilloscopes and USB oscilloscopes, we released DSO1000 series handheld oscilloscopes, which was a milestone in China oscilloscope filed.

 In 2010, we launched DSO5000 series benchtop oscilloscopes, DSO3000 series 4CH USB mixed signal oscilloscopes, and DSO1000B series handheld oscilloscopes.

*DSO5000 series, this benchtop based on Linux operation system with 800 x 480 pixels WVGA display. Some models support mouse and customized software.

*DSO3000 series is the world's first high-speed WIFI communication 4 channels mixed signal oscilloscope, with 4 analog channels, 16 digital channels, arbitrary waveform output channel, and complicated and perfect automotive test function as well.

*DSO1000B series handheld oscilloscopes have 60MHz-200MHz bandwidth, 1GSa/s real time sampling rate, 1M memorty depth, 6000 counts DMM, large 5.6 inch color LCD display, high resolution (640 x 480). 

In 2011, we launched DSO1000S series isolated handheld oscilloscope whose oscilloscope, multimeter and USB interface sections are all isolated from each other. At the same time, we rolled out 2CH oscilloscope/logic analyzer DSO3062L and 5 in 1 multifunctional test instrument DSO3062AL.

In 2012, DSO6000 series USB oscilloscope/arb. waveform generator has been develped. Its USBXI interface facilitates low cost combination instruments system is easy to achieve the clock synchronization and trigger synchronization when combined with other USBXI devices.
